Himachal Pradesh 8 : Last Day - Joginder Nagar & Kangra Valley

And I chose to leave Manali saying goodbye to kids who gave me place to spend night in this place full of tourists and decided to end my Himachal Trip and get into Jammu Kashmir.. the route is from Manali to Kullu and then to Joginder Nagar and after crossing Pathankot - I will be in Jammu and Kashmir,, I was all set.. :)

Heavy rains caused me take a break and I had my delicious Maggi noodles and tea.. 

 And the monkeys were also running for the shade..

Then I observed the fog or mist over the river flowing.. that was soooo nice to see...

 And here at the corner stone of rope its written that - it is only for locals and not tourists.. welllll - anything which is dangerous is dangerous for all.. :) this rope is actually used by locals to go to another end :P

 And majestic waterfalls..

 Without rock-sliding couldnt be entire fun.. sooooo - it too happened..

 And there was long traffic and this board says - Blind tunr Ahead: So be careful.. well I was..

 And thats what I saw.. Shit Happened and another vehicle didnt took that warning seriously...

 Well - I reached Naikchowk (town near Mandi city) and couldnt wait to eat, eat and eat till I fall... :)

 It was raining so I chose to wait for the next day and it was a good sign to drive.. hence I started my journey towards Jogindernagar

The mountains were covered with clouds..

 and the greenery made the view as perfect scenery ..

The evening was coming fast and I had very little distance to cross..

 The colors in sky were changing every hour and I was just taking breaks and staring constantly ..

 And then Sun chose to set and I too thought to rush to find a room..

 It was Hiker's Nest and awesome arrangement to stay in very reasonable cost..

Next day, it was sunny and I chose to go to Kangra Valley and found this old temple..

This is about Lord Shiva and locals have a lot respect for it.. Its in a cave and it was worth to visit..

Finally I crossed Himachal and had couple of kilometers in Punjab to reach Jammu & Kashmir :) :)
